What a year 2020 has been!
This is a very exciting event for both companies, for our employees and our clients. Our greatest assets have always been our people, and by joining forces we have just made a huge increase in the quality of that asset.
We are dedicated to increasing the quality of support you have come to expect from Able Axcess and Rampworx without interruption, while also expanding our base of highly skilled tradesmen that translates into better service at a preferred price for our clients.
This is a merger of two highly compatible firms who hold similar values and philosophies on doing business, including:
- Producing an excellent job for the client
- An emphasis on honesty and integrity and
- The importance of bringing a positive attitude to work.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so as we amalgamate the companies we plan on not only keeping our current level of service and products but streamlining our products and all things we do to improve Able Axcess now and into the future.
We will now operate as one company—Able Axcess Limited— but all support procedures, announced timelines, and contacts for Rampworx and Able Axcess remain unchanged, so please continue to use the same channels you’ve been using. In addition, your sales and services contacts remain the same and will be reaching out to you to address any questions you may have. Because for Able Axcess, it will always be about the customer.
We are encouraging our customers to participate in Able Axcess's independent user group community which provides dynamic forums for sharing information and expertise. More info about our Able Axcess Support Forum can be found below.
Please note that Able Axcess also offers a free seminar to DHB and Occupational Therapist teams throughout the country. This seminar covers off on housing modifications for safe access and how to measure and draw plans effectively.
- We introduce a simple acronym for remembering what information is important to record during a site visit and what info to supply so we can provide a quote for the ramp.
- Useful for new team members who are looking to gain some confidence with the housing modification process, or as a refresher / question and answer session for senior team members.

Able Axcess Support Channel
We are excited to introduce you to our new Able Axcess Support Channel. With the popularity of remote working over lock down - we set up systems to be able to take video calls and messaging from our clients out in the field. Our goal is to contribute to your knowledge and confidence with access solutions by providing a growing library of resources online, and a welcoming place to ask questions and help others.
The platform for this community is on Microsoft Teams - if you don't already have the app installed, click on the link below to take you to the app store to download and register.
Once you have registered, send us an email and we will invite you into the community forum. From here you can chat with other guests, find answers to commonly asked questions, find lots of resources including our site visit templates, plus short educational videos to make sure the access ramp modification is successful and safe.
